Multi mode AMR GSM Based Energy Meter that can function as Postpaid or Prepaid Metering without any ad-on devices. It is a Short-Message-Service (SMS) command driven to change mode and configure metering parameters. It also use SMS to read, disconnect/reconnect power, report to caught electric theft.
